Richard Wolfe

Chief Education Officer

Having done research and taught in graduate programs of schools of Business at the University of Victoria and Sport Management at the University of Michigan, a passion of Richard’s has been to connect these two fields such that innovative ideas from organization science could influence the world of sport.  

More recently, his passion resulted in Richard’s founding of the Sport and Organization Dynamics Institute (SODI; (sodinstitute.com)).   SODI has hosted four Sport & Organizational Dynamics conferences (three at Michigan’s Ross School of Business; one at the University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business).

Richard has developed the Academics & Athletics: Co-Creating Excellence program the goal of which is to contribute to the academic preparation of college bound junior hockey players.
